Here is our plain English version: We facilitate confirmed bookings into accommodation. We do not own or run the properties themselves. You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your arrival date. Please do so directly with the property which you have booked. Deposits are never refunded. In the event of a no-show without cancellation, the property you booked has the right to charge your credit card for the first nights stay. Every effort is made to ensure properties process your bookings correctly. In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you is the deposit you paid only. It is the responsibility of the property you booked, to provide you with the accommodation. Ratings shown on the site are the opinion of people who have booked and stayed in these properties before. The Full Legal Version: THIS AGREEMENT is between you the User of this Site and Bibione.it. Your use of this web site is subject to your irrevocable acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein and your agreement to use this web site in accordance with and subject to these terms, conditions and notices. The terms, conditions and notices as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you and Bibione.it. NO LIABILITY Bibione.it uses reasonable endeavours to check the accuracy of information published on this web site with the accommodation providers. You should note however that Bibione.it does not warrant that such information will be error free and in using this web site you acknowledge that the information, accommodation or travel information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. All bookings for accommodation etc. are made by Bibione.it as agents for the accommodation provider concerned. Bibione.it is not a party to the agreement between you and the accommodation provider and has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract whether directly or indirectly. Bibione.it strongly recommends that you ensure that the accommodation provider's terms and conditions of trade are to your satisfaction as Bibione.it does not in anyway warrant their contents. Bibione.it is not in anyway liable in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with the use of this web site. While Bibione.it makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the accommodation listed is of reasonable standard the listing of any premises in the site is not and should not be taken as a recommendation from Bibione.it or a representation that the premises will be suitable for the users purpose. Bibione.it shall in no way be liable to you in the event that it is not suitable for your purpose. BOOKING CONDITIONS The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of Bibione.it. These conditions may be altered at any time by Bibione.it. MAKING A RESERVATION On making a reservation, you shall pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total value of your reservation together with a flat reservation fee of EUR€1.00 per reservation. You will be responsible to the accommodation provider for payment of the balance of the accommodation cost together with the payment of charges for any additional services subsequently contracted for with the provider and, where applicable, payment of the provider's service charges and taxes pursuant to the terms and conditions of trade applied by the accommodation provider. You must use a credit card to guarantee a reservation. By making a reservation with your credit card you authorise the accommodation provider to charge one nights room charge to your credit card without further reference to you in the event that you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours from your agreed check- in time or that you fail to arrive. Your non-arrival will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation. Amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed with the accommodation provider directly. In making a reservation, it shall be your responsibility to disclose to the accommodation provider any physical or mental condition to which you or a member of your party is subject to and of which the accommodation provider should be notified and which may require special facilities. WHEN A RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED Bibione.it will issue the booking form on behalf of the provider for each reservation, but does not undertake to include charges for additional services or details of the service charge or taxes of the accommodation provider. Bibione.it strongly recommends you check and confirm with the provider the precise terms and conditions upon which the accommodation provider makes the reserved service available to you upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The reservation numbers included on the booking confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellation or modification of the reservation. CANCELLATIONS Bibione.it do not accept responsibility for cancellations regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made. Bibione.it shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by the person who has booked the accommodation. NO LIABILITY IN CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION Bibione.it makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorised charges appear on your credit card statement for that card used on Bibione.it at any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your credit card details on the Web site Bibione.it shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure. WAIVER Bibione.it's failure to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not be a waiver of them or the rights attaching to any of them. HEADINGS The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or scope of this Agreement or otherwise be given other legal effect. MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Bibione.it reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which this web site is offered as well as the contents of this web site. This right shall not affect the existing terms and conditions accepted by you upon making a legitimate reservation or purchase using this web site. GENERAL This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of England. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of England courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this web site. Use of this web site is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Bibione.it as a result of this agreement or use of this web site. Bibione.it’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Bibione.it’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this web site or information provided to or gathered by Bibione.it with respect to such use. Bibione.it may carefully select other companies to send you information. If you wish to discontinue receiving such offers either from Bibione.it on behalf of accommodation providers or directly from Bibione.it, you may opt out by indicating to us that you do not desire to obtain any promotional material. If at any time you believe that Bibione.it has not adhered to these principles, please notify us via our form “Contact Us” and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to determine and correct the problem promptly. |
